However, in the rare case that something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rumiwish.com
2. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for us to evaluate and approve your claim.
Based on the assessment, we will issue either:
1. A replacement of the same product
2. Or a full refund to the original payment method (excluding COD and one-way shipping charges)
Requests without unboxing videos or made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
1. Returns are accepted only for eligible categories and must be:
In original condition
Unused
Packed securely in original packaging (or equivalent safe packaging)
2. Return pickup is arranged free of charge by RumiWish; however, one-way shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3. If only part of your order is being returned, please ensure only those items are handed over to the pickup agent.
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return/refund unless damaged in transit:
1. Custom-made or personalized products
2. Fragile items like glass or ceramics (unless damaged and reported within 48 hours)
3. Face masks, baby products, or soft furnishings
1. Refunds are provided only in the form of original payment method.
2. The store credit can be used across any product category with no minimum order value.
3. COD charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
1. In the event of tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
2. If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the parcel, please contact our team at support@rumiwish.com within 24 hours.
3. All return and replacement requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by our support team.
1. We do not accept returns for bulk or discounted orders.
2. If damage occurs in a bulk shipment, an unboxing video must be shared within 6 hours of delivery.
3. Replacements will be issued for damaged units, but refunds are not applicable on bulk orders.
We aim to resolve all concerns with empathy and fairness. If a matter remains unresolved, any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
