1. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing support@rumiwish.com with your order number.
2. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect deliveries, and only if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for return claims. Without this, returns may be rejected.
4. In case of user error (e.g. wrong address or non-availability at delivery), any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
